Terms & Conditions for She Bella Beauty Store

Welcome to She Bella Beauty Store (“we,” “us,” or “our”), an online retailer specializing in medical cosmetics, operating as an e-commerce platform under the legal entity "New Pharmacy" in the Kingdom of Bahrain. By accessing or using our website www.she-bella.com the “Website”, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our Website.

 

 

1. General Provisions

1.1 Company Information: She Bella Beauty Store is the commercial name of New Pharmacy, a business registered in the Kingdom of Bahrain under the regulations of the Ministry of Health and Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism. Our registered office is New Pharmacy, Zinj.

1.2 Acceptance: These Terms govern your use of the Website and all transactions made through it. By browsing, registering, or placing an order, you accept these Terms in full.

1.3 Amendments: We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

 

 

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years old to purchase products from She Bella Beauty Store unless you have consulted a doctor. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement or have appropriate medical consultation.

2.2 Account: To make a purchase, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activities under your account.

 

 

3. Products & Services

3.1 OTC Medical Cosmetics: All products sold are over-the-counter (OTC) medical cosmetics, approved by Bahrain’s Ministry of Health and Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism. No prescription is required.

3.2 Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or limit quantities without prior notice.

3.3 Descriptions: We strive to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, we do not warrant that they are error-free. In case of discrepancies, we reserve the right to correct them and cancel orders if necessary.

 

 

4. Orders & Payment

4.1 Order Process: Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We will send you an order confirmation email, but acceptance occurs only upon dispatch of the products.

4.2 Pricing: All prices are in Bahraini Dinar (BHD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to adjust prices without notice, but this will not affect confirmed orders.

4.3 Payment Methods: We accept the following payment methods: Cash on Delivery (COD), Apple Pay, Benefit Pay, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment must be completed at the time of order (for digital payments) or upon delivery (for COD). Failure to pay may result in order cancellation.

 

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1 Shipping Area: We ship exclusively within the Kingdom of Bahrain.

5.2 Delivery: Shipping is handled by our in-house delivery team. Orders are delivered within 1 working day from the time of dispatch, barring unforeseen circumstances.

5.3 Risk & Title: Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.

 

 

6. Returns & Refunds

6.1 Return Policy: Returns are accepted only for unopened, unused products within 7 days of delivery unless the product is defective or damaged. Returns must be made in person at New Pharmacy Zinj, or as dealt with Pharmacy.

6.2 Process: To initiate a return, contact us at Phone or via WhatsApp 33700960.

You are responsible for delivering the product to New Pharmacy unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective item).

6.3 Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, issued via the original payment method (e.g., refunded to card for Visa/Mastercard, cash for COD).

 

 

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Ownership: All content on the Website (e.g., logos, images, text) is owned by She Bella Beauty Store/New Pharmacy or its licensors and is protected by Bahrain and international copyright laws.

7.2 Use: You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without our express written consent.

 

 

8. Disclaimers & Liability

8.1 Product Use Disclaimer: Our products are OTC medical cosmetics. If you have previous skin problems or conditions, we strongly recommend consulting a doctor before use. Free consultations are available via our pharmacy team on WhatsApp 33700960. We are not liable for adverse reactions due to misuse or failure to seek professional advice.

8.2 Limitation: To the fullest extent permitted by Bahrain law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

8.3 Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions).
